A: The web site migration service that our company is offering is free (to a certain extent). We’ll migrate your site(s) to our cutting–edge cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from experience that changing hosting providers can result in lost information and unnecessary network downtime. That’s why we’ll do all that for you for free!We have capable administrators whose main responsibility is to make certain that your site functions exactly as it did on your former hosting platform. The administrators are well–versed in migrating custom–made sites, as well as sites that are based on famous applications such as WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: We strive to perform all web site migrations ASAP. Yet, we do not have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are different things that you have to take into account – the mere size of your web site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always strive to perform each migration in less than 48 hours. With less sizeable web sites, our team typically manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We’ll need the login details for your current web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the web site’s name (domain name).

When we are done with the transfer, your site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we’ll ask you to preview it. If everything is functioning properly, all you will need to do is edit the NS resource records corresponding to your domain name. Your website will be transferred over to us without any downtime.

A: While we transfer your content, your web hosting provider won’t be aware of the migration at all. We will not contact them in any way.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your site.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site building platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
